this online lecture is designed specifically for low-income and remote families, as well as teenagers. It provides practical tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and depression, with customized support based on the results of mental health assessments.
We offer five categories of services based on test results:
1. Excellent Results0%-24%: Encouragement and strategies to maintain good mental health.
2. Good Results25%-49%: Resources to participate in cultural festivals and exhibitions to improve well-being.
3. Moderate Results50%-74%: One-on-one counseling for personalized guidance.
4. Low Results75%-99%: Access to doctor consultations for professional help.
5. Critical Results100%: Immediate emergency services, including 911 alerts for urgent situations.
We also provides coping strategies:
1. Get enough sleep: Maintain consistent sleep patterns and a comfortable sleep environment.
2. Eat a healthy diet: Focus on balanced meals, hydration, and regular intervals.
3. Exercise daily: Physical activity, such as walking or more intense exercise, helps reduce stress.
