Mindfulness For Children Children’s Mindfulness Summer Festival Training Course
Time: Starting from July 11, 2020
Course Content: "Section" Concentration, pressure, and relaxation experience:
Love
Breathing
Tactile organs
Eyes
Ears
Mouth
Nose
"Second Section" Breathing painting, breathing exercise, breathing nursery rhymes.
"Three Sections" Training consciousness, brain change, study questions on dimensions and the brain, observe thinking-emotion relationship.
"Four Sections" Dealing with negative emotions, understanding and using transformation techniques.
"Five Festivals" Cultivate positive energy, good mood, practice self-care, increase positive energy and attention.
"Eight Sections" Handling negative energy (stress, anxiety, tension, sadness, discomfort), interaction, and transformation.
"Seven Sections" Automatic reaction vs. independent response, understanding negative emotions' relationship with the body.
"Eight Sections" Review of previous lessons, personal long-term practice plan, graduation ceremony.
Class Details: Online format (Limited to 10 people).
Instructor: Dr. Chen Shuanglian Ph.D. (British) American certified children’s mindfulness instructor.
Suitable Participants for Instructor: Children aged 9 to 13.
Need to improve concentration.
Want to reduce psychological anxiety.
Have normal spirits.
Parental accompaniment in practice is ideal.
